Spell for Releasing Grudges

Yom Kippur is all about forgiveness and making atonement for wrong-doing. To be fully forgiven, however, you must first forgive any wrongs done to you. To help you release a grudge you’re holding against someone, burn a purple candle while you grind together some scullcap, angelica, and boneset in a mortar and pestle. Blow these from your palm into the wind in the direction of the person you are trying to release the grudge against, and say:

I hold you blameless no matter the wrong,
To hold a hatred does me much harm;
To find forgiveness I first must see,
That offering forgiveness purifies me.
